Notes

mashed started at 140 degrees (due to low temp measurement)
so let it mash at that temp for 35 mins.
150 degrees for 30 mins.


Yeast was the 34/70 packet with a starter for a few days.

pitched at 65 degrees

water calculator was 10 gallons estimate, so I used that. 5.5 gallons start, 2.25 gallons to raise temp, 2.25 gallons sparge at 168 degrees.

Actual OG: 1.052 approx 6 gallons (maybe little less, split some into 1 gallon fermenter to allow krausen space.
