Removed hop bags and chiller then gave it a vigorous whirlpool then left it for 5 minutes. Really clear wort transferred through the hose rather than the syphon. |

Good transfer. Fermentation restarted but I think 1011 should be enough. Dry hopped 30g Amarillo and might add some Citra to finish in a couple of days. |
