Notes

mashed in the main boiler, forgot to put in the mash pipe. had to decant off to a fermentor and unload the grain. Only ended up with 23 l in fermentor.

pitched a us-05 yeast from previous batch. been in a bottle in fridge for a few months. almost a bottle bomb.
