Notes

Before you brew .....

Take 4 oarnges and 2 lemons and peel the zest off of them then boil in water and strain 3x then take 8 oz of water and 8 oz of sugar in the raw and candy zest for 30 minutes strain zest and keep simple syrup to add to the wort dehydrate zest
.and add to beer after 5 day fermentation when you dry hop
