Test ed pH @ 20min = 5.8.
Added 0.2ml Phosphoric Acid 96%
Retested 5mins later pH = 5.6ml
Added 0.2ml Phosphoric Acid 96%
pH at end of mash = 5.6 (not why sure didn't go down to 5.4 as expected) |
