Notes

I refuse to go out and buy more grain, so the weird grain bill is me just using what I have on hand to get more or less the right flavor profile. This is based on a Mango Vanilla IPA I made about a year ago, so a white IPA becoming a red IPA out of necessity.

Lactose in last 10 minutes of boil

Dried mixed citrus zest--clementine, lemon, key lime--added to secondary fermentation

Vanilla bean is just a normal-ass vanilla bean, sliced in half lengthwise before going in. It takes a while for it to do anything, so give it kind of a while. It's ok to forget about it.
