Kegged today added geletin to keg. Sample looks heaps murky pale straw coloured. Tastes off maybe phenolic maybe I took a big risk pitching previous spun up 34/70 slurry . Time will tell |

Well it's not turned out as expected some astringent issues. Has a nice bready aroma is nice and clean but just not 100% |
