Notes

1gal of water at 160 degrees for 20 minutes on stove prior to boil. (used a muslin bag) with the tea bag method. After the Kettle got to boiling, added it to the Kettle

-At 155 degrees, put DME into brew Kettle.

Put 6.25 gallon in Kettle to start the batch.

Pitched yeast at 70 degrees
