1/2 pilsner, 1/2 2-row for new Zealand pilsner.
100% distilled water, salts added to mash only.
~3 weeks @ 50° Primary fermenter only/w diacetyl rest.
Thick creamy head, slightly sweet, moderate carbonation.
Dark yellow to gold color.
Lager at least a month or more to improve flavors.
Good taste, very drinkable.
