Notes

Sanitize the halved vanilla bean (enough to cover the bean only) in a good, clean, low taste vodka for a week or two prior to dumping the entire thing into the secondary.

Recommend bottle conditioning for this. Let it sit, warm and dark, for a month or two (or longer) in the bottle before giving it a try, also I think 40 to 45(max) degrees for serving temp.

I wanted a session-like stout, I kept the ABV and IBU low on purpose. Play with it however you like. Enjoy!
