Notes
  • heated strike water to 85c, racked in mash tun and it was 76c, waited a minute and mashed in at 75c and gave me 66c mash temp. Could mash in at 76c.
    -Strike water for sparging needs to be about 92c!
  • preboil gravity was 1035, which is about spot on I'd guess.
  • OG 1040 and hit volumn perfectly. 44 total litres is good.
