Notes

S - Fruity (citrus, tropical) hops dominate the aroma, some piney scents in the background, and you can smell a bit of malt sweetness.

A - It pours with a beautiful creamy white head but the color is darker than I would like, a shade darker than amber and slightly hazy. The appearance is not great needs to be more golden (dial back/eliminate the crystal malts).

T - A melange of fruity citrus and slightly tropical hop flavors (mango, orange, lime) wash over your tongue. Malt flavors are neutral, bready with a touch of honey like sweetness. Moderate spicy hop bitterness (bitterness level is about right). A little on the sweet side, but finishes pretty clean. It could ferment a touch lower, but overall it[s nice to have some malt flavor left for balance.

M - Fuller more substantial mouthfeel that I would expect from the abv. Slightly resinous.

O - Fine if not spectacular pale ale. Definitely too dark, slightly one dimensional. Drop the crystal malts, consider using gelatin for fining, and blending a second hop to accentuate spiciness (Falconer's Flight?)
