Notes

Not adding Simcoe, Ahtanum, or Centennial dry hops as called out in Brewdog Recipe Sheet #26. Doubled the 60 min Bittering Hop (Cascade/Amarillo) quantities to yield a more optimum IBU target.

Will use a Typical Red Ale Mash Temp/Time Profile (153F/60 min) rather than the 144F/75 min suggested on the Recipe Sheet,

This beer was delicious and well received. Smooth and malty.
