Initial mash temp came in low at 147. Boiled 1/2 gal plus of water and added at 15 minutes. Temp came up to 152. |

Boiled wort for 15 mins to sterilize. Cooled to 105 and added the Good Belly 32 oz. Covered with saran, purged with Co2 and put into 98 degree fermentation chamber. |
