Fingers crossed that the two packs of yeast had enough active yeast cells to kick start this starter. I hope so.

Very tasty brew with strong lemon aroma and flavor.
 
Notes

Going to make a tea out of the lemongrass

Will start fermentation in mid-60's and ramp up over the days to the low 70's

Took two second place finishes at the Baltimore area Terps Alumni competition held at Union Craft brewery on June 11, 2023. 2nd place for People's Choice and for Best in Show.
