Notes

Did strike with ~8.5 gallons, ended up with 3.5 gallons after boil off for 1 hour. Next time do strike with ~10 gallons.

Only cold mashed the dark grains for ~2 hours, because of planning/time issues. Should mash them for longer next time.

Except roast malts doubled and cold steeped, with black patent replaced by midnight wheat

Shoot for post boil SG of 1.1 (20 brix @ 6 gallons ~= 24 brix @ 5 gallons), pouring/diluting excess gravity for beefier second runnings.
