Dry hop added and gravity taken. Very cloudy as yet. Fermentation restarted for a day then tailed off again. Not sure about the taste. Certainly enough alcohol present. |

Much more wort collected than expected. About 3 litres more. Might not be as strong as anticipated but not by much. 0.3% perhaps. |

At 60 C. Boiler is absolutely full. Hardly enough room for the hop bag. |

Pbg 1.048. Should have been in the 50’s but I sparged a bit too much as the grain was still yielding sugars. |

Nicely bitter with good mouth feel. Never cleared enough for my liking. The bottle conditioned ones cleared better with nice amount of carbonation. Kegged beer never got the gas right so I need to sort the kegerator out so I can leave the keg connected. |
