Notes

Base recipe: RU Kidding Me? Pils from pg. 301-03 of:
Papazian, Charlie. The Complete Joy of Homebrewing, 3rd edition. New York: Harper, 2003. Print.

I recently read an article on Brew Guru that stated that flavor differences between Pilsner malt and American pale malt were negligible, so I decided to give it a try. I used local malt (Mainstem Malt) grown in Athena, WA, and Mt. Hood hops from Yakima, WA, and thus got the name, Pacific Northwest Pilsner, PN'dub Pils.
