Notes

Note: You have been using a total of 69-70 ltrs of total water for 9.7 kg grain batches. But you are using 24% more grain with 12.9 kg batches, so more water is going to be absorbed. How much? I'd guess 3 litres. So, try and use 39 litres for mashing, but that may be too thick and you may need more, but at any rate you can adjust the amount of sparge water so you get total water use of 73 rather than the normal 70 litres.

  • Strike water should be 81-83c.

-Split batch with Margrove Jack Liberty (attenuation 76%, predicting 1014 FG), and Safoel 05 (attenuation 81%, predicting FG 1011).
