Notes

Boil and treat water day before brewing. Water PH - 6.2. Sparge water PH 5.8
11.04 Brew day. Mash with 20 Banana on the beginning of brewing, together with pale malt. 45 min - 68C.15 min - 75C. Black malt - 20 min.
Sparge water 10L. Collected 23L with 13.3Brix.
Boil 60 min. 50g Fuggles - 40min. Lactose, Candy sugar - 15min. Yeast Nutrient - 10min.
Finished boiling with 20L 17.8 Brix
19.04 - ferm. finished with 1.030 SG. Added banana extract (3 medium banana mash and immersed in vodka). Ferm started again.
30.04. Ferm finished with 1.028 SG.
Split up the beer in to buckets: 1) Added 3 banana soaked in vodka
