- I fucking hate adjusting. no matter how much sugar I added, the refractometer kept showing 13.2. Massive pain in the ASS.
- after adding 320g and hoping for the best, OG came out to 1.058/14.5 which is close enough.
- TL;DR: ~300g will move brix 1 point. don't trust the refractometer. |
