Checked Fermenator at 7am but not bubbling so suspect yeast was inactive...possibly heat shock.
Added 1x Safale US-05 yeast and 1x Safale-04 Dry ale yeast to try and recover the fermentation. |

Chinook as a dry hop doesn't add much aroma, Columbus is a better dry hop although Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe are preferred.
1 keg has an extra 100g of Simcoe added as a dry hop and held under the ever with a spoon. |
