Overall rating: Fair
1st SMaSH attempt and now know Munich should not be a base malt. The IBU amount is right IMO, but it could be the hop picked that give it a split flavor, as if the malt and the hop are not complementing each other. Again, this could be attributed to the choice of malt and/or hop. |
