Smells nice has a sweet malt aroma. Taste is slight vegetal I think from my hop addition but not over the top but enough to invite suspicion. I can't detect any sulphur. It smells finished will leave until morning then start cooling. |

Turned out a lovely larger not perfect. Kept a nice head. Clean taste malty with a hay like bready flavour. Crystal clear too. Maybe worth boiling 90 Am doing another lager with 60boil will see. |
