Mashed as per recipie ish lol.
30mins 61. Then a good hour (mowed lawn) @68 then 15-20 @71. No mash out.

Couldnt transfer all the wort hops clogged up the pump must remember that next time I use them.

Smells nice has a sweet malt aroma.
Taste is slight vegetal I think from my hop addition but not over the top but enough to invite suspicion.

I can't detect any sulphur. It smells finished will leave until morning then start cooling.

Turned out a lovely larger not perfect.
Kept a nice head.
Clean taste malty with a hay like bready flavour.
Crystal clear too.
Maybe worth boiling 90
Am doing another lager with 60boil will see.
 
Notes

This is crunks helles recipie tweeked for my system without carahell addition so grain bill has been altered. Mash temps have been changed a little as well.
