Perfect brew day - everything went to plan with wonderful flow rates but somehow the expected gravity is low, don't quite understand that.... |

huge tropical fruit aroma and flavour in the green beer, very encouraging at this stage.
Fermenator chilled to 6oC and 50g Azacca and 50g Ekuanot (N2) added to dry-hop for 7 days, and left under CO2 while dry hopping |

1.5 kegs packaged (not surprising as we left 5+ litres of trub in the kettle).
Green beer tastes fabulous, really tropical hop flavours to the fore.
Full keg left with just hops, the 1\2 keg (10 litres) was flavoured with 1 litre of pasteurised pineapple juice. |
