Had to fit a blow off tube since the liquid in the airlock just kept being out. There is close to 15 liter of Krausen! |

Raised temperature to 19c. Took a sample to check how the cinnamon level was, could definitely be more. Have to think on how to add it to the secondary tomorrow. |

Adding 1 vial of maple extract and 1 vial of vanilla butter nut extract. Adding 150g of oak sterialized in the oven at 200c for 40 min. |

Not much taste of cinnamon maple or vanilla... going to add more! Two more maple and one more vanilla... and extra cinnamon that has been soaking in vodka. Tomorrow. |
