Taste is balanced at bottling. Next time add 1/2 to 1 oz more bittering hops and cut back on minerals used by 1/2 t gypsum to make this more of an English bitter! |

Reduce the minerals (tastes too "minerally") and add more hops (slightly) to bring the bitterness forward a bit. |
