I bottled with 3.6 ounces of corn sugar to give the beer a low level of carbonation. I might bump it up by a little next time. I like the level of carbonation but there is no head at all.

Overall, I really like this beer. The brown malt does give it a bit of a licorice taste that is a bit too pronounced for some. Very easy drinking though.
