Infusion -- 78 °C 15 min
Quick Water Requirements
Water Liters
Heat water added to kettle (equipment estimates 15.9 L) 12.5
Mash volume with grains (equipment estimates 15.9 L) 13.1
Grain absorption losses (steeping) -1
Mash Lauter Tun losses -0.9
Volume increase from sugar/extract (early additions) 0.5
Pre boil volume (equipment estimates 15.5 L) 12
Boil off losses -5.7
Hops absorption losses (first wort, boil, aroma) -0.3
Post boil volume 9.5
Going into fermentor 9.5
WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

The IBU is too much highe because I use hop-bags wich let the hop be 15% less bitter and because of the extract tend to cover the bitterness.
The real IBU is around 37 witch mathces the style.

They say i'm over the ranges of style but i'm based on Ray Daniel's book
