Notes

Cut batch from starter kit in half.
Added NB hops at 30 minutes instead of 60.
DME and Lactose added as 15 minute late additions.

Pitched at 80 degrees. Started bubbling hard at 1 hour.
Moved to two carboys after 24 hours and put in 70 degree fridge for remainder.
