With a little less than 3 gallons of wort the pre-boil Brix reading was 3 Brix. That is about 1.012 OG. The reading was taken before adding the extract |

After the steep and before the boil added 3 gallons + about a quart to make 6 gallons in the kettle. |

Took about 80 minutes to cool the wort to 82F. At that point I gave up and began transferring to the carboy using the auto siphon. I had forgot to attach the ball valve to the kettle before beginning the boil so this'll have to do |
