The de-bittered black malt delivered its dark characteristics without imparting any bitterness. Its what it should be, a dark wheat beer. No banana or clove noticed from the Hefe yeast but that may be due to the fermentation temp which leveled out around 70 degrees. All in all a wonderful creation! | ||||
