Notes

This recipe was derived utilizing readily available / common grain bill and off the shelf yeast for the style. The hops utilized are not so typical for the style but I had them in STOCK after purchasing them by the pound at massive discount rates...hence the name and how the hop selection came about.
The water chemistry may be most overlooked piece of this beer and controversial element of this style. The water chemistry for this recipe was developed after recommendations from an award winning professional brewer who stated that their focus was on maintaining a 3:1 Chloride to Sulfate ratio.
