Notes

Brewed on 4/17/10
Steep grains at 165 F for 30 minutes. Add 2 lbs DME, 1 oz Willamette, 0.5 oz Fuggles, and boil for 30 minutes. Add 0,5 oz Fuggles and boil 8 minutes. Add 6.6 lbs LME, bring to boil, boil 8 minutes. Add 1 tsp Irish Moss and boil for 15 minutes.

Sg = 1063 on 4/17/10
Rg = 1020 on 5/2/10
Bg = 1015 on 6/28/10

Nice malt flavor, but somewhat over carbonated.
