RIMs ok, but pump kept cutting out, 50% of the time pumping, but mash didn't deviate 0.5oC |

Dreadful brew session. Wouldn't chill, hop strainer kept blocking and resulting brew looked extremely cloudy and not very appetising, would be surprised if it turns out ok. |

Fermented wort smells fine, no sign of infection or spoiling.

Tasted by Ben on Friday 31st May. Still rather cloudy but tasted like a good quaffing ale. Will taste again in a week to see if it has cleared and whether it could benefit from dry hopping |

A very reasonable English quaffing ale. Clearing gradually and good mouth feel, CO2 and body. Personal preference would add serious dry hop for flavour.
