Has a very tangy British ale flavor. Hops have quieted down a lot. Should be ready to cold crash within a couple of days. |

After fermentation, beer was astringent and funky. I thought I might have to throw it out.
Kegged and carbed at 30psi for 24 hours then dropped to 10psi. Samples 24 hours after that. Astringency and funkiness is gone, its tart but good.
Improvements: bring down tartness level, add some toastiness and a bit of bitterness. |
