Added lactic acid to 5 gl water for a ph of 5.7. Low gravity of 1.040 with 4gl of cooled wort. Added 18 oz DME to 1 gl water and boiled. |

Broiled the following on high setting for 30 minutes on cookie sheet:
2 - Anaheim Chile Peppers
2 - JalapeƱos Peppers
2 - Sorrento Peppers
Chopped and combined with recipe pack (Chipolte & Cayanne Red) plus Vodka. Refrigerate until fermentation is complete.
Will limit secondary to only a couple days. |
