Back inside around 09:00 (~12h cold crash). Airlock started bubbling and the beer smells and tastes a bit weird. There's still some small yeasts at the top of beer but not much. |

Collected 3dl of yeast from the bottom of fermentor. Smells awful! Looks normal. |

Racked from fermentor to 10l Biowin bucket, added 52 g of priming sugar and mixed with siphon. Bottling went fine, last few bottles got some air. |

After cold crashing the beer has similar off-flavor as Sunday Citra had after cold crashing! Very weird. Might be acetaldehyde |

Avasin viimesenä pullotetun pullon jossa oli "rupaa" pohjalla. Laimee, ei happoja juur ollenkaan! Ehkä maistuu vielä vähän asetaldehydi, mutta ei kyl lainka pahasti. Voi olla kyl humalakin joka vaan maistuu tältä |
