Ended up split mashing. 50min@61c 20min @67c and mash out 75c. Mah ph =5.3. |

Tasted sample was nice and clean still sweet raised ferment temp to 14 c today then diacetyl rest start today @18c sample still clean tiny bit of sulphur. |

Sample around 1.008-7 nice flavour can taste some maltiness and dry Finnish no detectable off flavours no sulphur on the nose. Really looking forward to the one.

Filled 2x 1.125lt pet bottles with excess beer.
Filled keg to just below gas port.
Nice clean transfer. |
