Mashed in @61c raised to 68 left for four hours end temp = 60 c raised temp to mash out 75c. |

Mashed out 70 ish sparge = 5lt
Mashed for about 5 hours total. Wort tasted nice and sweet and grainy. |

boiled for 75 minutes a little longer. mashed 24 soarge 5.
added 10g mag FWH. 20 sazz at 30 30g at 10 and 15g or motueka at 5. |

a liter less into fermentor should have mashed at 25. very hot brew day. everything went as planned. |

Bumped ferm temp to 14c this morn. Fermentation is slowing so will graduate increase in temp. |

gravity reads 1.010 today going to leave it for another day or two then crash. smells clean. taates fairly clean a little alcohol an subtle sulfpur but on the money so far. |
