Second Friday night solo brew this month (oh wait, its February now, I forgot.
Came in on lower than expected OG yet again. Maybe the pH was too low, it looked at one point to be around 4.7-4.8.
Pitched yeast in the morning.
With only 1 oz of Black Prinz for color adjustment, this sure looks and smells darker than expected.

Not a whole lot of krausen on this fermentation. Very slow start.

Racked to secondary. Added 1 cup DME and a little corn sugar. Beer tastes very thin, it was better 3 days ago it seems.
