Notes

Aiming for soft, fruity, juicy... Apricot, Apple, Pear, Citrus, "tropical" etc... fun! and unique.

Calypso (and Comet) are both available in cones: nice for filtering after the chill.
I won't be able to pick out the "descriptors" of each new hop (horizon, ella and calypso), cause this aint no smash, but hey.

Purge all with co2 on bottling day
get them foodsaver suckers for mason jars: hops!

dropping acid malt: ascorbic acid should take care of ph...
