Notes

I am a BIG fan of darker beers. I have also fallen in love with Nut Browns. So, I added the chocolate to this in hopes of imparting a dark color, a little more nuttiness, and caramel flavor. I added a few OZ of Smoked malt to add the "smoke" flavor that likely would have been present in a true "old world" nut brown. This is my very first and very experimental recipe.
