Notes

***3rd Place at the 2017 Stack Microbrew festival - Homebrew Competition

0.5 oz Warrior for bittering
1 of each hop type for whirlpool hop addition
5 day dry hop is after 1-2 days of fermentation (during primary)
3 day dry hop is keg hopped.

After the 5 day dry hop, transfer to keg with 3 day hops for secondary fermentation. After the 3 days (possibly more) will put keg in fridge and carbonate.

No cold crashing, filtering or even whirlflock.

All hops are used in hop sac, and only removal is whirlpool and 1st round dry hop when transferring to keg. (secondary dry hop will stay in the keg using dental tape technique and hop bag)
