Harsh roast nose like an ashtray. Tastes muddled needs time. Upstairs to 68 degree closet for 2 weeks to finish. |

Hasn't budged. Taste comes together much more, definitely sweet but with lots of roast it's ok. Nice body. |

On 10/12, started applying gentle heat and roused yeast several times/day. Went up to 72 degrees. 2 more days and keg. |
