Started with 7.5 gallons, probably should have started with at least 8. Double-milled the grains leading to greater conversion efficiency. |

Tested after first 7 days. Fermentation is happening, but hopefully is not complete! Still needs to drop a few points. Taste is yeasty and clearly not ready. |

Carbonated up nicely. Not my favorite beer; hard to describe, but it tastes buttery. My guess is that it fermented too high, producing diacetyl. |
