Went well in the end, couldn't get a good boil happening due to wind. Evap was about right in the end, but didn't quite get a 90 min boil. |

Put in to fermenter with a reanimated w-34/70. Yeast had eaten 150g of DME in less than 12 hours 2 days ago so I know it's good and hungry! In to fermentation chamber at 10 deg C. |

Packaged at the same time as the last Munich. This one hadn't lagered, will lager in bottles. |

Removed from lagering so I could use fridge for next brew (a Pale Ale). Let's see the difference between a month vs a week of lagering! |
