- caramel
- malt
appearance:
crystal clear, ruby red. fantastic!
taste
- some strawberry, tart, dry finish
overall:
weirdly tart, doughy. some diacetyl? would be better cold and carbonated. hopefully doesn't get any tarter, and/or tart flavor subsides
