Notes

This is awesome, maybe next time reduce IBU SLIGHTLY early in boil, may be a tiny bit lighter colous 1 at most. Very tiny bit sweeter maybe extra Cara malt. To Reduce amount of different grains could lose Cara red and crystal. Perhaps increase rye up to 7%
