Notes

Basic recipie from grey hughes book home brew beer with a few tweaks

Note: water profile is arbitrary as I am not testing or modifying the water, it will be standard southern UK tap water, filtered.

Came out nice however would benefit from more body and more fruit flavours.

Also smokey flavour was barely noticeable, will add much more smoked wheat in next batch.
